This impending match up feels like it could be the AFC title game in its own right. Both teams are coming into the game hot. The Chiefs handled their business, and it never felt like they were in trouble against the Steelers. While the Bills — the day before, crushed the Pats — that was somewhat of a surprise, to see a Bill Belichick team get beat up so bad in a playoff game.

Look back at the Chiefs/Steelers game

Going into the game, I said the Chiefs were not going to be afraid of Big Ben or the offence in general — they needed an all world game by their defence to keep it close.

As it played out, their D had a great first quarter and TJ Watt was causing problems, but once the Chiefs got going the defence relented, and couldn’t stop them any more. Mahomes went to work, and every play seemed like a touchdown for a while.

Josh Allen is a real threat, and he can run the ball too. He’s big, strong and hard to tackle, he will give the Chiefs D hell on Sunday. How will they hold up against Allen, Diggs and Singletary? That’s the big question, they need to be close to their best — that’s for sure.

Chris Jones, Frank Clarke, Willie Gay, Nick Bolton, L’jarius Sneed, Honey Badger need to play elite to have a chance of keeping the…
